These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cora mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read them carefully together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The Services
Cora is a wellness and tracking app for people managing polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The Services may include cycle and symptom tracking, movement plans, nutrition tools, insights, reminders, doctor-ready summaries, and optional Cora Plus features such as AI chat and food scanning.
Local by default. You can use much of Cora without an account. By default, your logs are stored on your device. Optional cloud backup and sync require creating an account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.
3. Not medical advice
Cora is not a medical device and is not a healthcare provider. The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content, insights, summaries, food scores, and responses from Ask Cora (including Cora AI) are for general wellness and educational purposes only.
Always seek advice from a qualified health professional with questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read, logged, or received in Cora. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
4. Eligibility
Cora is designed for people managing PCOS and is not intended for use by children. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where applicable) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Accounts & your data
Optional account. Creating an account is optional for basic use but is required for cloud backup, sync across devices, and certain Cora Plus features. You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email, as offered in the app.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@corapcos.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your control. You can delete logs and app data from the You tab. If you are signed in, deleting all data also removes synced cloud backup associated with your account, as described in our Privacy Policy. To fully remove a login account after deletion, contact support@corapcos.com.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of information you consider important. Uninstalling the app or losing your device without an account or backup may result in permanent loss of on-device data.
6. Cora Plus & billing
Certain features require an active Cora Plus subscription, available as an annual or monthly plan. Subscriptions are sold through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play) and renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime in your device subscription settings. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Billing is handled by the app store; refunds follow the store's policies. Contact us at support@corapcos.com and we will help where we can.
- Price changes: We may change pricing with notice as required by law and app store rules. Changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
- Free trials or promotions: If offered, additional terms may apply and will be shown at sign-up.
Cora is funded by subscriptions, not advertising. We do not show third-party ads in the app or sell your personal information.
7. AI & automated features
Cora Plus includes features that use automated processing, including AI models operated by us and our service providers, such as Ask Cora, personalized check-in suggestions, and food scanning. By using these features, you understand that:
- Your messages, summarized wellness context, and food images may be sent to our servers (and, where applicable, to contracted service providers) for processing;
- Outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances;
- Outputs are educational only and must not be treated as medical advice;
- We do not publicly name specific AI models or vendors, which may change over time;
- You should not submit food photos containing faces or other personal identifiers if you wish to minimize incidental data.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information;
- Use the Services to harm yourself or others, or to seek emergency medical care through the app instead of appropriate services;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services;
- Access the Services through unauthorized automated means or scrape data without permission;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without authorization;
- Upload or transmit content that infringes others' rights or contains malware.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, logos, text, and other materials we provide (excluding Your Content), are owned by FunnelStrategist LLC and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
10. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you create or upload in Cora ("Your Content"), including health logs, notes, and messages. You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, sync, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Services to you — including generating insights, summaries, and AI responses you request.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to provide Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.
11. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or rely on third parties, including app stores, cloud hosting, authentication providers, payment processors, and AI infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Links to external sites or resources in the app or on our website are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for external content.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that any insight, score, summary, or AI response will be accurate or appropriate for you. You use the Services at your own risk.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNNELSTRATEGIST LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES — INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUTS, FOOD SCANS, OR HEALTH INSIGHTS.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Cora Plus in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your data as described in the app and Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://www.corapcos.com/terms.html and update the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we may notify you in the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or United Kingdom, mandatory local protections may apply.
